City Hope House
The City Hope House offers a unique two-year bridge between completion of an inpatient recovery program and attainment of permanent housing. The program is targeted to men and women who’ve successfully completed an addiction recovery program, attained stable employment and are actively helping others in their recovery, but who need some measure of support in order to successfully transition to independent living.
Important benefits of the City Hope Home include: a clean, safe room in a beautiful historic building; a warm, supportive community of individuals committed to recovery; service opportunities at City Hope’s Community Center; process groups; and case management. This type of support instills responsibility, builds social and financial skills, creates connection to healthy community, and provides the time needed to obtain permanent housing, thereby giving those in recovery the best possible chance to fully assimilate back into society as recovered, productive citizens.
